I have learned from my presentation that you need to know how to code in order to become an animator. I also found out from my presentation that you also have to use light, color, and texture in a good way to be an animator. One thing I've
learned from another presentation (the Pharmacist presentation, which was made by Sebastian Cruz and will receive its link later) was that you had to pass the NAPLEX exam in order to be certified. Another thing I've
found out from that same presentation was that you had to be managerial and good with a computer in order to become a pharmacist.
The presentation I made can be seen below:
by Nathanael Cameron. This blog is about the learning in my Exploring Computer Science class at Curtis High School.

Career Research
In the last two career assignments, I have learned that you needed some degree or training to get a job. For example, to get a job as an animator, you need a bachelor’s degree in art, computer graphics, or a related field. I have also learned from those assignments that you could go to the U.S. Occupational Handbook government website for information about careers. Plus, it's important to invest in a higher education for a future career because you can earn more money and have a better chance at getting a job if you invest in a higher education. Being a Web Developer is one possible career for my future, even though I want to be an animator.

Podcasts
A podcast is an audio series that could be found on websites for followers to listen to. Podcasts can typically be found on web sites about the news, interviews, education, and more. Podcasts are great for blind people and people won’t have to read a lot of text. However, I was too shy to record my podcast for this blog, so I had one of my characters from one of my series, The Squishables, do it for me.

QR Codes
QR codes are barcodes that smartphones typically read. They are also two-dimensional and are in the shape of a square. QR codes can also be used for a bunch of things. One of the things they can do is taking you to a website. Another thing QR codes are able to do is show the user some text. A third thing they could do is compose a text message. Plus, QR codes can put a new contact in your address book. However, I actually didn't know that they could do those things (aside from taking users to websites).
Also, even though I've changed some words, the information about QR codes is based off of this link of a website about QR codes:

And here is a QR code that will take you to the homepage of this blog:

E-Commerce Topics
I have learned from my presentation that you should go to websites of products created by movie studios more often when conceptualizing a website. I also found out from my presentation that several links to target market-oriented websites is a good thing as well. One thing I've learned from another presentation was that there are several privacy protection acts. Another thing I've found out from that same presentation was that you could create revenue models in numerous ways.

History of the WWW
From this assignment, I've learned about what the first computer network was developed on, which was ARPANET. I've also found out what the first personal computer was, which was the MITS Altair 8800. One of the challenges was finding dates, but searching for locations were even harder, so we just put the United States as a substitute. As for dates, some don't have specific months and/or days. One event occurred in the fall of 2001, so I just put the date as between September 22, 2001, and December 21, 2001 since that was when fall took place during that year. I can use all of the information in the events in the future to teach people about what the first computer-related things were by talking to them or showing them through a presentation or more and etc.

How I Use the Internet
In a typical week, one of the things I use the internet for is to watch videos I like on YouTube like animation tutorials, animations, and etc. Another thing I do on the internet is search for sound effects to use for my animations or images to refer to for my animations and stuff like that. I also check some Subreddits like the Five Night's at Freddy's one and more. Other things are also done on the internet in a typical week, too. I use the internet on an iMac, a Windows 7 laptop, and a smartphone. The websites I typically visit are Google, YouTube, my websites (like the one above), Reddit, DeviantArt, Newgrounds. I visit more websites than those, though. I usually use the internet so much, so I'm not sure how many hours I'm on it. I could be doing more productive things on the internet, but doing things on the internet like check PupilPath, the school website, and other things that are actually important are a good use of my time. The image above is one of my websites about one of my animated series. To go to it, click here.

Peer Interview & Diagram of Data
After doing this assignment, I have learned that it's nice to allow other people to do things of their own. I wanted this project to look nice, but I believe I have done too much of it. Around the time we were close to finishing it, though, I allowed the other three people of my group to choose the fonts of some of the titles. I thought that all of them were pretty friendly. However, I did have a bit of trouble coming up with some information from one of them since I wasn't sitting directly next to them.

What I Think E-Commerce Is...
During the last school year, this blog was created while I was a sophomore for Computer Applications, which was one of the classes I had to take to pass my elective, but it's not for that class anymore. This school year, I became a junior, and the class I'm taking as part of my elective, which is Computer Business, is E-Commerce. E-Commerce helps the world and I because it settles business deals easier. It makes it easier for us by having us use the computer to take care of deals relating to business. Why? Because we all know that computers make almost everything easier.
